REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
We can not provide refunds except where required by New Zealand law.
We also do not offer refunds or returns if the price changes in the store.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations - provided the order is not shipped we offer cancellations with a cancellation fee of 10% of refunded amount. This covers payment fees amongst other things. We typically ship next day so please contact us immediately. Once shipped we do NOT offer refunds or cancellations.
